Care and Maintenance
To preserve the appearance and quality of your rug, we recommend gentle maintenance.
The rug can be machine washed at temperatures up to 30°C. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or bleaches. We recommend air drying.
Regular vacuuming helps keep the rug clean and dust-free. Thanks to its hairless structure, it is easy to maintain and suitable for allergy sufferers.
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Czech Republic typically takes up to 7 business days.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Returned goods must be undamaged and unused. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
